1. The service
Nibblr provides AI-assisted recipe import, recipe library, meal planning, grocery lists, pantry tools, and related features on Android, iOS, and web (https://getnibblr.com). Features may differ by platform and subscription tier.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use Nibblr. You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and notify us promptly of unauthorized use.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
- Upload or share content you do not have the right to use, including copyrighted recipes or images without permission.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload our systems or AI providers.
- Bypass usage limits, paywalls, or security controls.
- Misrepresent your identity or scrape the service in a way that harms us or other users.
- Submit personal data of others without a lawful basis to do so.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of recipes, images, notes, and other content you create or upload (“User Content”). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, display, and transmit User Content as needed to operate and improve the service, including sending content to AI providers for features you request.
If you make a recipe public, you allow us to display it on https://getnibblr.com and related surfaces. You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to share that content.
5. AI features
AI-assisted import, generation, and suggestions may be inaccurate or incomplete. Always verify ingredients, allergens, cooking times, and safety before cooking or consuming food. Nibblr does not provide medical, dietary, or professional advice.
Free tiers may include daily limits on imports and AI requests. Premium features may require a paid subscription.
6. Subscriptions and payments
Paid subscriptions are billed through the platform where you purchase them (Google Play, Apple App Store, or other channels we enable). Pricing, renewals, trials, and refunds are governed by that store’s policies in addition to these Terms. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your store account settings.
Premium access is tied to your Nibblr account and may sync across devices when you are signed in.
7. Intellectual property
The Nibblr name, logo, app, website design, and software (excluding User Content) are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them except as allowed by these Terms or applicable law.
8. Third-party services and links
The service may link to or import content from third-party websites and platforms. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, or policies. Your use of Google, Apple, payment processors, and AI providers is also subject to their terms.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI OUTPUTS WILL BE ACCURATE OR SAFE TO FOLLOW WITHOUT YOUR OWN JUDGMENT.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF NIBBLR. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OR ZERO IF YOU USE ONLY THE FREE TIER).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those places, limits apply to the fullest extent permitted.
11. Termination
You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time (see Delete account). We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the service. Provisions that by nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, and limitations) will survive termination.
12. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal data and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
13. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Material changes may also be communicated in-app or by email when appropriate. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where allowed by law.
